Vocational Adjustment Training
Work Ready's Vocational Adjustment Training (VAT) is a work readiness service that prepares high school students with disabilities for competitive integrated employment. The VAT service provides practical classroom instruction and activities that educate participants in work-related topics necessary for employment.
VAT helps students ages 14-22 develop employability skills with in-class and online training provided by Work Ready in partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission and local school districts. Our instructors help build interpersonal and soft skills through six unique courses to enhance employment readiness.
